Please list any other relevant information about your professional activity related to acoustics, including support to different organizations (other than National Societies), teaching and teaching support activities (lectures, thesis supervision, course responsibilities), professional consultancy services, and management of significant research programs in acoustics.
Relevant professional recognition refers to honors, medals and awards. Other relevant professional contributions refer to invitations to seminars or other oral presentations for the scientific dissemination and promotion of cultural development on acoustics topics.

The candidate must be nominated by one ICA Member Society. If this is not the case, please select "SELF NOMINATION".
Nominating letter of the candidate from a National Society must be on headed paper and signed by the President or an Officer delegated for this purpose. A nominating letter must also be uploaded by the candidate in case of self nomination. All letters must be in PDF format (max 10 MB).
Support letters must be on headed paper and signed by well-known personalities in the field of acoustics, officials of scientific associations, heads of research centers, or managers of professional services.
Full Curriculum Vitae (free template) must be a single PDF file (max 50 MB) and must necessarily contain the complete list of publications.
